Delivery & Assembly

The house and float are supplied fully assembled as separate units for ease of transport, installation and cleaning.

The finial is provided separately and will need to be attached on arrival this is to prevent damage during transit.

The complementary landing platforms and tethering kit, are supplied loose and are not pre-attached, allowing them to be installed according to your preferred setup. 

Anchor and rope (if purchased) are also supplied separately and should be secured once the unit is positioned in its final location.

Handcrafted in our UK workshop, all orders arrive approximately within 5 –12 working days with delivery included in the price. Please note that certain remote areas may fall outside our standard delivery zone.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) will be processed the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, or at weekends, will be processed on the next available working day. Please note that delivery timescales begin from the date your order is processed — same day for orders placed before 2pm, or the next working day for orders placed after 2pm.
