Includes Complementary Tethering Kit – Keep your house safely anchored in place. Comes with two pressure treated timber stakes and eye fixings for secure placement. We also supply one ring on plate to attach to the float. Please note rope is not included but can be purchased separately.

House Dimensions: Approx. 1050mm (with overhang) diameter x 850mm tall

Floating Pontoon: Hexagonal shape, approx. 1.2m diameter. The float features a centrally pre-drilled anchor hole, designed to accommodate our anchor fixing (available separately) – a durable metal fitting that provides a secure loop beneath the float for you to attach a rope or chain to a separate weight as required for your space. 

Assembly: Arrives fully assembled

Assembly

The house and float are supplied fully assembled as separate units for ease of transport and installation.

The finial is provided separately and will need to be attached on arrival to prevent damage during transit.

Complementary landing platforms and the tethering kit with one ring on plate are supplied loose and are not pre-attached, allowing them to be installed according to your preferred setup.

Anchor and rope (if purchased) are also supplied separately and should be secured once the unit is positioned in its final location.
