Delivery Information
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) will be processed the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, or at weekends, will be processed on the next available working day. Please note that delivery timescales begin from the date your order is processed — same day for orders placed before 2pm, or the next working day for orders placed after 2pm.
Please note these are a guide and may be subject to change during peak season.
Animal Housing: 5–12 working days
Gift Items & Animal Feed: 2–5 working days
Bespoke Service: Confirmed at the time of enquiry
Most of our animal housing is delivered on a pallet.
We will usually request a 7.5 tonne vehicle for delivery; however, this may not be possible in all areas due to restrictions. If you are in a remote location or require a smaller vehicle for delivery, please let us know in advance so we can liaise with our courier to arrange this where possible.
Please note that larger items can only be delivered on a pallet. Where a smaller vehicle is required as access restrictions apply, this may result in an additional surcharge.
Some smaller items may be dispatched via a parcel service using DX Freight; however, this is limited to selected products.

Free delivery applies to most mainland UK postcodes.
Due to surcharges from our courier partners, some mainland UK postcode areas may incur additional delivery charges. These include, but are not limited to:
AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, IV, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH and TD
If you are unsure whether your postcode is included, please contact us before placing your order. We strongly recommend requesting a delivery quote prior to ordering if you are outside mainland UK or in a remote area.
If a surcharge applies after an order has been placed, we will contact you to confirm any additional payment required before delivery can proceed.
We do not offer standard delivery to remote areas, offshore islands, Northern Ireland, or other non-mainland UK locations. However, we can provide a delivery quote for these areas upon request.
