All panels are made from pressure-treated Scandinavian redwood timber.
Panels are pre-drilled and numbered to match the layout plan.
Gable ends are clad with treated shiplap timber for added durability and weather protection.
The roof structure includes a timber truss and purlin frame to support Onduline roofing sheets.
Designed to be erected on a level base such as timber sleepers or a concrete base (please note the base is not included).
Handmade using FSC approved, sustainably sourced timber.

Optional Guttering

The guttering package includes both guttering and downpipes for each 15ft side of the apex roof run, providing effective water drainage and protection.

Optional Draught Boards

Draught boards are integrated into the structure, as shown in the image. If you would prefer these supplied as separate long boards, please email us at hello@vysearks.com with your order number and we will be happy to accommodate your request.

Delivery & Assembly

All of our products are delivered flat-packed with all the fittings, layout plan, and detailed instructions required for quick and easy assembly.

Our prices include delivery, so you won’t have to worry about any additional charges, though some geographical exclusions may apply. As all our items are handmade in our workshop, delivery is typically within 5–12 working days.

Construction & Materials

Our panels are built for durability, strength, and animal safety.

Welded Mesh
Made from ¾ inch x ¾ inch 16-gauge Italian galvanised steel welded mesh.
We never use chicken wire – foxes can chew through it. This tighter, stronger mesh keeps predators out and prevents small birds from entering.

Sturdy Timber Frame
Our timber frames are built from 58mm x 38mm pressure-treated timber (milled size approx. 44mm x 34mm) for excellent weather resistance and long-lasting structural integrity.
