An ideal Enclosed Run for the small poultry keeper looking for a beautifully designed and handcrafted run that will protect their birds and other animals from predators and the elements. This Vyse Arks 9ft x 6ft enclosure has been handmade at our workshop in Hampshire, crafted using Italian galvanised ½” x ½” 19-gauge mesh and the highest quality treated timber.

All panels are made from pressure-treated Scandinavian redwood timber.
Panels are pre-drilled and numbered to match the layout plan.
Gable ends are clad with treated shiplap timber for durability and weather protection.
The roof structure includes a timber truss and purlin frame to support Onduline roofing sheets.
Designed to be erected on a level base such as timber sleepers or a concrete base (please note the base is not included).
Handmade using FSC-approved, sustainably sourced timber.

Please note, the image shows a 12ft x 9ft enclosure. Our enclosures are perfect for chickens, geese, ducks, and other poultry, and can also be used for rabbits. Please note the chicken house, base, and guttering are not included.

Optional Guttering

The guttering package includes both guttering and downpipes for each side of the apex roof run, providing effective water drainage and protection.

Optional Draught Boards

Draught boards are integrated into the structure, as shown in the single image. If you would prefer these supplied as separate long boards, please email us at hello@vysearks.com with your order number and we will be happy to accommodate your request.

Construction & Materials

Our panels are built for durability, strength, and animal safety.

Welded Mesh
Made from ½ inch x ½ inch galvanised steel welded mesh. Also available in ¾ inch x ¾ inch 16-gauge.
Please note we never use chicken wire – foxes can chew through it. This tighter, stronger mesh keeps predators out and prevents small birds from entering.

Sturdy Timber Frame
Our run panels are built from 58mm x 38mm pressure-treated timber (milled size approx. 44mm x 34mm) for excellent weather resistance and long-lasting structural integrity.

This item is delivered on a pallet. Kindly notify us of any access restrictions at the delivery location (e.g., narrow roads, steps, gated access).

Handcrafted in our UK workshop, all orders arrive approximately within 5 –12 working days with delivery included in the price. Please note that certain remote areas may fall outside our standard delivery zone.
