Crafted from sturdy FSC-certified, pressure-treated timber and extra strong 16 gauge welded galvanised mesh measuring 3/4″ x 3/4", this run guarantees both durability and protection for your chickens. Construction & Materials
Our panels are built for durability, strength, and animal safety.
Welded Mesh
Made from extra strong ¾ inch x ¾ inch 16 gauge wire mesh. Also available in 19 gauge ½ inch x ½ inch galvinised wire mesh. Please note we never use chicken wire – foxes can chew through it. This tighter, stronger mesh keeps predators out and prevents small birds from entering.
Sturdy Timber Frame
Our run panels are built from 58mm x 38mm pressure-treated timber (milled size approx. 44mm x 34mm) for excellent weather resistance and long-lasting structural integrity.
