The Tea Growbar

Grow this flourishing collection of superbly fragrant herbs to brew soothing and reviving fresh teas.

Peppermint, camomile and fennel have been carefully chosen for their beauty, fragrance and flavour. They’re all simple to grow and may easily be dried for a handy year-round supply.

All you’ll need is a small container, some water and a warm, sunny spot on the windowsill. Within 6-8 weeks the seedlings will be ready to plant into the ground or into pots.

What is a Growbar?

A Growbar is a carefully curated collection of flower seeds embedded in a fertile coir bar, making growing simple and mess-free. Just add water and watch them grow. Perfect as a thoughtful gift or a fun family project.

How to Grow

1. Unwrap
Remove the Growbar from its packaging and place it in a container with enough room for it to expand.

2. Water
Slowly pour 500ml of water over the Growbar and place it on a warm, bright windowsill indoors.

3. Grow
Keep the Growbar moist by watering regularly. As the seedlings emerge and develop, they'll continue to thrive in the bar for around a month.

4. Plant Out
Once the seedlings have developed four true leaves, they're ready to be transplanted into individual pots or planted directly into the garden.

Sustainability

Growbar is 100% eco-friendly. The card packaging can be widely recycled, the recyclable film wrap is made from sugar cane waste, and coir is a sustainable alternative to peat that’s made with coconut fibres.
