Give your flock the secure, spacious home they deserve with our handcrafted Large Chicken Ark. Designed with care in the UK, this premium coop comfortably houses up to 6 chickens and is based on our best-selling Little Braxted, now in a larger 8ft x 4ft format.

With a raised house for added shelter and more run space underneath, this ark is ideal if your birds are kept in one location. It features a removable nest box with 2 spaces for easy cleaning and egg collection.

We pride ourselves on using only the highest quality materials for our timber and mesh. All of our timber is FSC approved and pressure treated for long-lasting durability, and we never use Chinese chicken wire, which can potentially fail under pressure and compromise the safety and wellbeing of your flock.

We use Italian galvanised mesh, chosen for its superior strength and rust resistance, so your chickens stay safe and secure.

Each ark is lovingly handcrafted in the UK by our skilled team, ensuring the highest standards of build quality, finish, and longevity.

Flat-Packed for Easy Assembly

Your ark will arrive flat-packed with all fittings and detailed instructions included, making it quick and easy to assemble at home with basic tools.

Delivery

Standard UK delivery is included with this product. Currently, we can only guarantee dispatch to postcodes SP, SO, RG, SN, BA, GU, and OX due to recent pallet size adjustments. If your location falls outside this area or you're near these boundaries, we recommend contacting us directly - we may be able to arrange alternative courier options or manufacture custom dimensions to facilitate nationwide delivery.

Handcrafted in our UK workshop, all orders arrive approximately within 5 –12 working days with delivery included in the price. Please note that certain remote areas may fall outside our standard delivery zone.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) will be processed the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, or at weekends, will be processed on the next available working day. Please note that delivery timescales begin from the date your order is processed — same day for orders placed before 2pm, or the next working day for orders placed after 2pm.

Please note that our integrated runs are designed to provide adequate space for your birds to roam when required. This is intended to complement free ranging in your outdoor space rather than serve as a permanent enclosure.

If you are looking to keep your birds permanently enclosed, we would recommend reducing the number of birds and referring to current UK animal welfare guidelines on minimum space requirements.
