Why Our Bespoke Service Costs No More Than You Think

One of the things we hear most often from customers is this: "I'd love something bespoke but I assume it will cost a lot more."

We understand why people think that — but at Vyse Arks, it simply is not true.

Here is how our bespoke pricing actually works.
The product is costed the same way as our standard range
Every product we make — standard or bespoke — is costed based on two things: build time and materials. If your bespoke run takes the same amount of time and materials as one of our standard sizes, it costs the same. Simple as that.

The only additional charge is a small fee to cover the CAD design, bespoke layout plan and custom assembly instructions we produce specifically for your build. Everything else is costed exactly as normal.

What does bespoke actually mean at Vyse Arks?
It means we can build to any size, any configuration and any specification. Some of the most common reasons customers come
to us for a bespoke build:
— Their garden or patio is an unusual shape and a standard size simply will not fit
— They want a specific door position, a transition piece connecting to an existing structure, or a completely unique configuration
— They keep an unusual species — ferrets, tortoises, exotic birds — and need something built to the right specification
— They are a smallholder or commercial keeper and need something on a larger scale than our standard range

Everything is designed and built here in Hampshire. Every single bespoke build is designed and built entirely by our own team at The Timber Yard, Fox Farm, Andover Down,
Hampshire. We never outsource. Your build is handled by the same skilled team that makes our standard range — from the initial CAD design right through to build
