Please note that all dimensions are taken at the widest or highest point and are subject to a variation of up to 20mm due to slight differences during the milling process and the natural expansion and contraction of the timber. The house dimensions include the roof overhang.

Delivery & Assembly:

All products are delivered flat-packed with all fittings and detailed instructions for quick and easy assembly. Our prices include delivery with no hidden costs, although some geographical exclusions may apply. As each item is handmade in our workshop, delivery is typically within 5–12 working days. Please note that this item will arrive on a pallet. If you would prefer it to arrive as parcels due to access issues for a lorry delivery, please add a note to your order. Thank you.
